Noel's father, who commanded the Salamis-class cruiser Santa Fe, was killed during the Battle of Loum when his ship was destroyed by Char Aznable. Following this loss, she personally requested a transfer to the front lines rather than a safe rear assignment, joining the 3rd Platoon during the One Year War. After serving alongside Matt Healy throughout the conflict, she was promoted to Second Lieutenant post-war and became a Mobile Suit instructor, later establishing ties with Brigadier General Blex.
Relationships
Noel was deeply affected by her father's death at the hands of Zeon ace Char Aznable during the Battle of Loum.
