Fa Yuiry

Overview

Fa Yuiry is a primary character appearing in the anime series Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam and its sequel Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ. Originating as a civilian high school classmate and neighbor of Kamille Bidan, she is drawn into the turbulence of war when military conflicts consume her home. After joining the anti-Earth Federation group AEUG, she transitions from a civilian refugee into a mobile suit pilot and support member aboard the assault ship Argama.

Appearance

Fa is depicted with short dark hair and dark eyes. Her civilian attire features a yellow sleeveless dress accented with a red belt and white gloves. During her service with the AEUG, she wears the military uniforms provided to ship personnel and mobile suit pilots.

Personality

Fa has a caring, highly responsible nature, frequently looking after Kamille Bidan's daily needs and later acting as a surrogate caretaker for young war orphans. She possesses an intense emotional devotion to Kamille, which occasionally manifests as jealousy toward other women in his life. Although fully conscious of her own lack of aptitude for military combat, her perseverance and internal strength drive her to fulfill her duties on the front lines.

Abilities

Despite starting with no military background, Fa underwent piloting instruction and ultimately served as a mobile suit operator for the AEUG. She primarily piloted the support unit MSA-005 Methuss, alongside temporary deployments in the Nemo, Rick Dias, and Zeta Gundam. Beyond cockpit duties, she demonstrated utility in supply replenishment, shipboard caretaking, and later worked as a nurse assisting medical recoveries.

Background

Born in Side 1, Fa moved to Side 7 prior to the events of the Gryps Conflict. After Kamille stolen the Gundam Mk-II, she was pursued by the Titans, losing contact with her family before being taken aboard the Argama by Bright Noa. Determined to remain alongside Kamille, she volunteered for military training and fought through the war. Following the traumatic climax of the conflict, she transitioned into medical work at a Dublin hospital to care for Kamille during his recovery.

Relationships

Fa shares a deep, lifelong bond with Kamille Bidan, centered on mutual concern and emotional support. She serves under commander Bright Noa and fought beside fellow AEUG pilots like Reccoa Londe and Apolly Bay. Aboard the Argama, she acted as a guardian to young orphans Shinta and Qum, and later provided guidance and strict instruction to Judau Ashta during his early encounters with military reality.
