Overview

A Rider-class Servant appearing in Fate/Grand Order, serving as the Lostbelt King of the Permafrost Empire Anastasia. Originally the feared Russian Tsar Ivan IV, this alternate version fused with a magical beast to survive extreme environmental freezing, becoming the very first Yaga. Summoned in a physical form that merges traits from both Pan-Human History and his Lostbelt self, he stands as an overwhelming ruler of imperial authority.

Appearance

Standing at an extraordinary 531 cm and weighing 2,548 kg, he possesses blue skin, long white hair, red eyes, and a heavily muscular build. Distinctive features include massive elephant-like tusks, a cape, and a glowing luminescent core located on his chest. His terrifying presence resembles a humanoid mammoth, and he generates electrical aura or discharges lightning directly from his hands, staff, and tusks.

Personality

He exhibits a dual nature, combining the fierce brutality of a terrifying tyrant with the deeply pious devotion of a penitent believer. While his explosive anger leaves nothing but absolute destruction in its wake, he can also display great generosity, acting as a benevolent leader who deeply values culture and reading. Haunted by the remorse of accidentally killing his own son during his lifetime, he suffers from chronic insomnia, yet maintains a dignified and unexpectedly surprisingly approachable demeanor toward his allies.

Abilities

Owing to his fusion with a legendary beast, he commands top-tier physical strength and durability. In combat, he emits powerful electrical attacks from his limbs, staff, and chest organ. His personal skills grant him complete imperial authority to weaken opponents and fluctuate his alignment. His Noble Phantasm, Zveri Krestnyy Khod, allows him to temporarily regain his full beastly manifestation to flatten enemies, while Chornyy Oprichniki continuously summons autonomous black-clad troops during his sleep to eliminate hostiles within his domain.

Background

Faced with global freezing, the Tsar initiated a radical process merging humans with magical beasts to ensure survival, creating the Yaga species. He ruled his domain as absolute monarch, but the extreme evolutionary divergence eventually led to his realm being pruned as a dead-end history. After battling against Chaldea and accepting the end of his Lostbelt, he is summoned as a Servant carrying memories of both histories, pledged to observe and assist the Master's final choices.

Relationships

He remains passionately devoted to the memory of his deceased wife, Queen Anastasia. When meeting Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanova in Chaldea, he treats her with paternal fondness. He bonds closely with Iskandar over their shared love of books and grand leadership, sometimes scheming together to acquire rare texts. He respects the Master as his chief strategist, viewing them as a witness capable of executing judgment upon him.

Trivia

He possesses one of the largest physical forms among all Servants, reaching a weight over 2.5 metric tons purely composed of biological mass. His bloodline traces back to Constantine XI through historical ancestral ties, indirectly connecting his lineage to classical Roman figures.
