Rani VIII is a dark-skinned young woman with purple eyes and long, wavy, light blue-purple hair gathered into a ponytail. She wears red half-rimmed glasses, subtle jewelry, and has a bindi mark on her forehead. Her standard clothing includes a white shirt under a white laboratory coat, as well as the navy blue Tsukimihara Academy school uniform. Distinctively, she strictly avoids wearing undergarments.
