Appearance
Romulus stands 190 cm tall and weighs 140 kg, possessing a dark-skinned, heavily muscular build. He features long blue hair, crimson eyes with colored sclera, black nails, and wears jewelry including earrings. He is clad in striking crimson attire and adopts a distinct posture in battle with both arms raised high to form a Y-like shape.
Personality
Possessing the poise and calm of a natural born superhuman, Romulus combines an authoritative, majestic demeanor with profound paternal affection. He views himself and the world as synonymous with Rome, regarding later Roman emperors as his own children. While exceptionally magnanimous and willing to embrace all creation, he inwardly harbors deep, lasting regret over the tragic death of his twin brother during the nation's establishment.
Abilities
Romulus is a high-parameter Lancer with B-rank Magic Resistance, granting immunity to short spells. His skill Natural Body maintains his ideal physical condition and strength, which can evolve into Wind of Romance to restore health and charge Noble Phantasm energy. Imperial Privilege enables him to temporarily acquire skills he does not naturally possess at the cost of sealing his inherent high-rank Divinity. He also grants protection to allies via Seven Hills. His primary Noble Phantasm, Magna Voluisse Magnum, transforms his spear into a giant tree manifesting Rome's timeline to wash away targets, while his bounded field Noble Phantasm, Moles Necessrie, erects bloodstained spatial walls for defense or offense.
Background
Born as twins to Mars and Silvia, Romulus and Remus were cast into the Tiber River due to their granduncle's greed. Rescued by a she-wolf and raised by a shepherd couple, they eventually learned of their royal lineage, defeated the tyrant Amulius, and restored their grandfather to power. Upon establishing a new settlement, a dispute over the capital's location led Romulus to kill Remus in a fit of anger—a tragedy he mourned for life. He created the Roman legion and senate, securing the nation's foundation before vanishing in a storm to become a deity. In Fate/Grand Order, he was summoned as a figurehead by Lev Lainur, using the conflict to test Nero Claudius's devotion to her empire.
Relationships
Romulus maintains a sorrowful bond regarding his twin brother, Remus, whom he killed during a dispute over Rome's founding. He treats historic Roman leaders such as Nero Claudius, Gaius Julius Caesar, and Caligula as his beloved children, holding Nero's leadership in high regard. Romulus also accepts his Master as an integral part of Rome, offering his protection throughout their journey to safeguard human history.
Trivia
