Overview

Tine Chelc is a key character in Fate/strange Fake who serves as the second Master of the False Archer in the Snowfield Holy Grail War. Inheriting the role of leader over an indigenous tribe that has protected the region's land for a millennium, she enters the conflict to reclaim her homeland from the magi and administrators who displaced her people. She becomes a Master by forcefully taking the Command Spells and contract from the mage who originally summoned Archer.

Appearance

She is a girl in her early teens characterized by dark skin, sleek black hair, and refined facial features. She wears an elegant white dress.

Personality

Despite her young age, she maintains a stoic and expressionless demeanor, having suppressed her childhood emotions for the sake of her tribe's long-cherished ambition. She acts resolutely before her people without showing weakness and treats Archer with deep respect and loyalty. Under the influence of Archer's whimsical actions and thought-provoking questions, she gradually reveals age-appropriate expressions and undergoes mental growth.

Abilities

Her magical abilities are entirely dependent on the territory of Snowfield, where she can directly convert leyline energy and cast powerful spells with silent, instantaneous chants. She can produce giant jaws of fire, wind barriers, gravity manipulation, and bound fields, as well as disarm workshop traps effortlessly. Outside of Snowfield, however, she is completely unable to use magecraft and functions as an ordinary person.

Background

Born into a tribe that sacrificed generations to fuse their lives with the land's leylines, she was raised to carry out their long-standing vengeance after all of her older siblings were sacrificed before her. When the Holy Grail War was prepared on her native soil, she infiltrated the workshop of the mage who summoned Archer, severed his arm to claim the Command Spells, and incinerated him before claiming the contract for herself.

Relationships

She pledges absolute loyalty as a subject to her Servant, Gilgamesh, whose guidance and questions gradually influence her mindset. She commands hundreds of tribe members who respect her as their chief. Among rival Servants, Hippolyta shows concern for her due to her youth, whereas Alcides targets her mercilessly as a fully recognized enemy participant.

Trivia

Her tribe bound themselves to the land through a harsh covenant that causes them to die if they ever leave the range of the territory's leylines.
