She is a petite young woman with blonde hair styled into a braided bun, a distinctively long ahoge, hair intakes, and green eyes. She wears a lavish, rose-red stage outfit defined as male attire, featuring a translucent front skirt panel and a revealing bodice. Her signature weapon is a crimson meteorite longsword named Aestus Estus.

Born into a distinguished Roman family, she was adopted by Emperor Claudius I and ascended the throne at age sixteen. Her early reign was marked by reform and tax reductions under key advisors, but conflict with her mother Agrippina and successive political purges eroded her standing. Following the Great Fire of Rome, she led rebuilding efforts and constructed the lavish Domus Aurea, yet escalating rebellion and strife with the Senate eventually forced her to take her own life at age thirty.
