Her lower body is covered only by a metallic crotch plate that resembles a chainmail thong in Fate/Grand Order. Her most distinct feature is her elongated, razor-sharp metallic legs, which terminate in needle-like spikes at the knees and feet. In alternate outfits, she sports a wedding-dress-like veil or a swimsuit with sunglasses.

Her signature skill, Melt Virus (Old Drain), injects a poisonous honey into targets to dissolve their experience, capacity, and skills, converting them into her own parameters. Through Crime Ballet, she alters digital laws to strip away her hitboxes for absolute evasion. Because her entity possesses the properties of a complete fluid due to her component goddesses, physical cutting attacks pass through her easily. Her Noble Phantasm, Sarasvati Meltout, liquefies the bodies, minds, and moral structures of targeted societies for absorption, while her combined Noble Phantasm with Passionlip, Virgin Razor Palladion, launches her at superluminal speed.

Created on the Far Side of the Moon Cell in Fate/EXTRA CCC, Meltryllis is one of the Sakura Five born from the AI BB's feelings of pleasure and devotion. Possessing absorbing capacities superior to BB herself, she operated as an independent entity driven by her pursuit of beauty. In Fate/EXTRA CCC, she opposes the protagonist with ruthless arrogance. Later, during the events of Subterranean Cyber World SE.RA.PH in Fate/Grand Order, she crosses paths with Ritsuka Fujimaru inside a collapsing digital space, playing a pivotal role in defending the world and fighting to protect those she cherishes.

Her official English name spelling shifted from Meltlilith in Fate/EXTRA CCC to Meltryllis, taking inspiration from the amaryllis flower. Because a sensory impairment leaves her fingertips lacking tactile sensation, she cannot assemble figure kits herself, leading to her absurd dream of capturing talented sculptors and turning them into dolls to craft her ideal kingdom. While she deeply admires Japanese scale figures, she rejects heavily muscled American action toys. Additionally, despite her extraordinarily brief lower-body costume, she insists she is modestly covered.
