Overview
Jaguarman is a Lancer-class Servant featured in Fate/Grand Order, prominently appearing during the Babylonia singularity. She is a Pseudo-Servant created when an ancient Mesoamerican divine spirit of war and death manifests by possessing the body of Fujimura Taiga. Despite her low cost and comedic presentation, she possesses exceptional combat capabilities and wilderness adaptation. Balancing a wild nature with the strong personality of her host, she serves as both an unpredictable disruptor and a fierce combatant.
Appearance
Standing 165 cm tall, Jaguarman has orange hair and orange eyes, featuring feline ears atop her head alongside normal human ears, as well as a tail. In her initial and second ascensions, she wears a jaguar-patterned kigurumi suit and wields Death Claw, a long pole weapon topped with a cat-like paw. Upon reaching her third ascension, she sheds the full-body suit for an open yakuza-style outfit revealing her voluptuous chest, replacing her primary weapon with a naginata.
Personality
Although a Divine Spirit, Jaguarman's demeanor is overwhelmingly dominated by the personality of her host, Fujimura Taiga. She speaks in an eccentric, meta-heavy manner, frequently attaching feline sentence endings to her words. While her actions are largely chaotic and nonsensical, she retains a warm, dependable, big-sisterly attitude toward those around her. She holds a distinct aversion toward lions. She values three good meals a day and ample sleep above all else, seeking straightforward companionship with her Master rather than traditional divine sacrifices.
Abilities
Jaguarman possesses class skills including Magic Resistance (A), Mad Enhancement (E), and Divinity (A). Her personal skills include Jaguar Punch, a composite ability conferring evasion, star generation, and field modification; Jaguar Kick, which enhances attack power through survival tenacity; and Jaguar Eye, which dramatically heightens critical damage and star absorption in forest environments. Her main Noble Phantasm, Great Death Claw, materializes a giant divine claw to inflict unavoidable single-target damage while reducing enemy debuff resistance. Additionally, her Bounded Field Noble Phantasm Jaguar in the Black allows her to merge with nighttime darkness, granting enhanced stealth, evasion, and damage.
Background
Worshipped across ancient Mesoamerican civilizations as a divine entity symbolizing war and death, Jaguarman manifests through the spiritual framework of a Nahual, a supernatural protective spirit or shadow. She incorporates the divine aspect of Tezcatlipoca's jaguar form. Seeking a host with wild instinct and a fate tied to the Holy Grail, the spirit bonded with Fujimura Taiga to descend into the mortal sphere as a Pseudo-Servant. While her motives for entering the Holy Grail War vary between sheer curiosity, following Quetzalcoatl, or outmaneuvering Tezcatlipoca, she plays a vital role as a wild combatant during the Babylonia singularity.
Relationships
Due to memories derived from her host body, Jaguarman shows a protective concern toward EMIYA and frequently pesters him for food. She also maintains unique interactions with Emiya (Assassin), Irisviel, Ishtar, Parvati, and Sitonai based on shared earthly connections. Regarding her pantheon, she addresses her chief deity Tezcatlipoca familiarly despite having once angered him by stealing cacao from his realm. She affectionately calls Quetzalcoatl Kukurun, maintaining a chaotic friendship that turns into a formidable fighting duo on the battlefield. Toward her Master, Fujimaru Ritsuka, she develops genuine affection, viewing them as a trusted companion.
Trivia
Her skill names—Jaguar Punch, Jaguar Kick, and Jaguar Eye—pay homage to classic superhero and anime song lyrics. Despite being a 3-star Lancer, Jaguarman is locked to the Story Summon pool upon clearing the Seventh Singularity, making additional copies surprisingly rare outside specific rate-up banners. Additionally, she gained notoriety among players during the Battle in New York event as the central boss of an exceptionally difficult exhibition quest featuring intricate field-change mechanics.
