Wakchan is an NPC featured in Chapter 7 of Part 2, Nahui Mictlan, in Fate/Grand Order. He is a member of the Deinos, a dinosaur-like race residing in the South American Lostbelt, and serves as a celebrated champion warrior in Chichen Itza. Although initially ordered by Priest Vucub to confront Chaldea's group before the Dinosaur King, Wakchan falls in love with U-Olga Marie at first sight, completely altering his path.

Appearance
Wakchan has the physical form of a dinosaur resembling a Tyrannosaurus rex. He wears various tribal-style ornaments across his body and is equipped with a piece of cloth shaped like a saddle over his back.
Personality
Despite his status as a champion, Wakchan possesses a highly rational and peaceful temperament, disliking unnecessary conflict. He firmly believes that power should only be utilized to protect what one holds dear. Deeply attached to the tranquility of Mictlan, he is honest with his emotions. After encountering U-Olga Marie, he dedicates his complete and uninhibited affection toward her.
Abilities
Hailed as a champion among the Deinos, Wakchan possesses physical capabilities comparable to top-tier Servants. He exhibits extraordinary durability, taking direct hits from Servants and U-Olga Marie's plasma attacks without sustaining damage. Additionally, he boasts immense jaw strength, allowing him to bite straight through the formidable tentacles of ORT.
Background
Originally fulfilling the role of a warrior in Chichen Itza, Wakchan was ordered by Priest Vucub to eliminate Chaldea's group when their presence before the Dinosaur King was exposed. However, encountering U-Olga Marie immediately reshaped his intentions. During the climax, when the awakened ORT began absorbing a helpless U-Olga Marie, Wakchan disregarded the deadly cosmic radiation, severed ORT's tentacles with his jaws, and rescued her. The severe radiation exposure rendered him blind and deaf, and he passed away after leaving a final message to the one he loved.
Relationships
Wakchan fell completely in love with U-Olga Marie upon their first meeting, devoting himself to her protection until his death. He received orders from Priest Vucub to dispatch the intruders. He shares a peaceful coexistence with fellow Deinos such as Tepeu. The protagonist recognizes his heroic sacrifice, viewing him as a dear friend who saved their companion.
Trivia
Because his body became heavily contaminated with ultra-high concentrations of cosmic radiation during his final act, the protagonist's party was unable to physically touch or retrieve his remains, leaving him behind as the surrounding area collapsed. His character design was created by Chuuou Higashiguchi.
